While the product received was not an exact replica of the photo above we were not disappointed. The arrangement was beautiful and did not disappoint our daughter. We live out of state, and wanted the arrangement to be delivered to our daughter at work. Sadly, the driver was unable to find the office my daughter works at. The florist stayed in constant communication with us during the process. We had someone go pick up the flowers. Before I could even call the flower shop I received an email stating that the delivery fee had been refunded to my account. I could not be happier with the way everything went. The customer service was amazing, as was the arrangement received. Thank you so much Leavenworth Floral! I will from this point forward use Leavenworth Floral for all of my flower needs!
